Franciscan Studies Minor

The Franciscan Studies Minor grounds the student in the Franciscan Intellectual and Spiritual Tradition through the study of Saints Francis and Clare of Assisi and the spirituality that flowed from their experiences of God and the application of the Franciscan way of being to one’s major discipline.

  • 12 credit hours: THEO 105 (Franciscan Tradition GE), THEO 250 (Social Justice GE), THEO 388 and THEO 389
  • Care for Creation GE, choose 3 credit hours from: ENGL 205, ENVS 232, HIST 322, or SOCI 440
