ECON 570 - Constitutional Economics The course will explore constitutional design, basic economics, political economy, and public finance primarily from a legal perspective. We will explore a range of legal topics that describe the role of law in the constitution of markets, including concepts such as public choice theory, market efficiency, wealth distribution, and the value of labor.
