CHEM 333 - Biochemistry


Study of the Molecules of Life: proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and nucleic acids. Examine the chemistry of metabolism and respiration. Biochemical techniques used in a modern biotechnology laboratory. Chromatography, PCR, blotting, spectrophotometry, ELISA, and centrifugation. Technology Applications.
