CRIM 200 - Criminal Law The course offers an overview of the concept of punishment and examines the burden of proof and criminal defenses. It also provides a critical look at common crimes and terminology in criminal law including: principles of criminal liability, complicity, inchoate crimes, defenses, justifications, crimes against persons, crimes against property, and crimes against public order.
