CRIM 406 - Forensic Psychology

An examination of the interaction between the legal field and psychological science. Topics will include: the role and function of psychological experts in the legal process, jury selection and attribution theory, psychological profiling, prediction of violence, eyewitness testimony, insanity, competency assessments and other topics.
