EDUC 494 - Community Based Internship
Site-based summative field experience in the community’s independent sector. On-site supervisors-mentors and university supervisors provide guidance over the course of a semester during which interns assume progressively greater responsibilities for planning, designing, implementing, and assessing a full range of on-site responsibilities. Internship sites may include, but are not limited to non-profits, religious, and community-based organizations. This course does not fulfil the requirements for an Indiana teaching license. Requires a 16-week field experience. Additional fees assessed.
