NTRN 200 - Basic Food Preparation


A hands-on exploration of the basic principles of preparing nutritious meals and snacks. In addition to practicing a variety of techniques in the Foods Lab and sampling the results, functions and sources of nutrients and their relationship to a healthy lifestyle will be discussed.
