NTRN 300 - Perspectives on Nutrition and Environment This course takes an in-depth look at how consumers can make a positive impact on the environment through their selection, preparation, and storage of food while nourishing the community in which they live. The course will evaluate current debate over food production, processing, and consumption practices and explore strategies throughout the world that nurture the environment while effectively nourishing the population.
