NTRN 325 - Nutrition and Metabolism

Metabolism includes all processes involved in life maintenance. This course will integrate knowledge from previous physiology, chemistry, biology and nutrition courses to understand the pathways and regulation of cellular and physiological macronutrient metabolism.
