NTRN 390 - Medical Nutrition Therapy

An advanced focus on the study of nutrition in therapeutic dietary treatment of disease states from all life stages. This course focuses on the Nutrition Care Process through development of nutrition assessment skills, formulation of care plans, and counseling techniques using case studies and simulated patients.
