NTRN 400 - Supervised Practice in Food Service Management II The supervised practice experiences in Food Service (I and II) prepare students for the skills and responsibilities of food service management as they relate to dietetics practice and introduce students to the fundamentals of food service required for competent practice. Food Service II experiences include quantity food purchase and production, and management of a foodservice operation from human and physical resources to customer service with a greater focus on critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Credit Hours: 5 Prerequisite: Acceptance into the USF CPD program
