NTRN 415 - Medical Nutrition Therapy Seminar
Readings, discussions and presentations on medical nutrition therapy topics will be the focus of this seminar. The seminar is designed to stimulate critical thinking skills through exposure to various current topics in the field of dietetics. Personal growth and development of professional skills useful in dietetics practice will be fostered. Theoretical concepts will be applied in active learning experiences.
