NTRN 420 - Superivsed Practice Clinical in Medical Nutritional Therapy II
The supervised practice experiences in Medical Nutrition Therapy (I and II) prepare students for the skills and responsibilities of the clinical dietitian and introduce students to the fundamentals of medical nutrition therapy required for competent practice. Clinical experiences include patient visitation, nutrition care process, and communication of care in the medical record with more opportunities for critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Credit Hours: 5
Prerequisite: Acceptance into the USF CPD program
