NUR 403 - Professional Nursing and Health Concepts III: Leadership
This course focuses on the analysis of the all of the curricular and key concepts while focusing on the curricular concepts of healthcare organization, leadership, and collaboration. This course introduces the curricular concepts of healthcare organization, leadership, and collaboration. Learners will apply the concepts in clinical environments/practice experiences in collaboration with a designated preceptor. Students develop a portfolio to validate attainment of program outcomes and to serve as a model for continued professional growth. As part of the portfolio process, the students will refine their philosophy of nursing by incorporating a nursing theorist framework, BSN conceptual framework, and Franciscan values
