NURS 130 - Introduction to Health Assessment


This course focuses on a holistic approach to health assessment. Critical thinking skills are introduced to analyze data from a health history based on Gordon’s functional health patterns. A review of systems is presented for subjective data collection. Upon completion of the course the student will be able to demonstrate completion of a health history, review of systems, and accurate physical examination documentation.
