NURS 368 - Foundations for Nursing Professional Development
This course engages the student in an exploration of professional growth and career development in nursing. Theoretical applications for nursing professional development from novice to expert are examined, with an emphasis on individual professional and career accomplishments and plans for future development. The value of continued learning and its impact on leading change and advancing health are integrated throughout the course.
