NURS 369 - Essentials of Reflective Nursing Practice
This course explores the basic tenets of reflective practice in nursing, and its value in shaping and improving patient care delivery. Students appraise the depth and breadth of experiential learning achieved through individual nursing practice, as well as its relationship to professional growth, patient satisfaction, safety, and improved health outcomes. Conscious awareness of individual areas for continued growth and sustained competency are considered.
