NURS 370 - Nursing Leadership: Applications to Practice
This course facilitates students’ self-assessment of formal and informal leadership performance within past, current, and future nursing positions. Emphasis is placed upon the complex knowledge, skills, and aptitudes necessary for effective leadership in the nursing profession. Application of leadership competencies to individual professional accomplishments and future endeavors are integrated throughout the course.
