NURS 412 - Clinical: Nursing Leadership

This course is designed to assist the student in the development of effective leadership and management skills. Theories of leadership, management, change process, ethical decision-making and communication strategies are discussed and analyzed. Students will practice leadership skills in a selected setting to achieve individual objectives. (Clinical 6 hours)
