NURS 432 - Nursing Informatics
Combines information and technology to communicate, research, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision making in the delivery of health care services. Within this course major topics related to nursing informatics and related fields will be explored. Emphasis is placed on developing an understanding of how automation is used to manage information in health care and the nurse’s role in the process.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: NURS 409 & NURS 400
