PHES 335 - Adaptive Exercise This course provides techniques for working with disabling conditions that affect movement, performance, physical education, and fitness. The course addresses general characteristics pertaining to disabilities, modifications to exercise, least restrictive environment, teaching strategies and methods, communication techniques, and laws that pertain to creating exercise opportunities for special populations. The course will include a supervised field experience in an adaptive exercise environment.
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: PHES 360
