SCIE 276 - Geology

Study of the structure of the Earth and forces that formed it: plate tectonics, volcanism, erosion and sedimentation. Lab includes uses of topographical maps, study of rocks and mineral, experience with processes that erode, transform the earth. (Lecture 2 hours, Lab 3 hours)
