SOCI 230 - Research Method in Social Sciences
The course provides a survey of quantitative and qualitative research methods in the social sciences. Topics include research design; measurement; sampling logic; experiments; surveys; data analysis; association and causation; ethics and the uses of research. The course includes an introduction to the use of computers in data storage, retrieval, organization, and analysis.
