DMS 350 - Echocardiography Internship I
This course brings together sonography principles, cardiac technical aspects, human experiences, and professionalism to develop the student into a cardiac sonographer in the clinical setting. Advanced echo modalities such as Stress Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Intraoperative Echocardiography, Contrast Echocardiography, Myocardial Mechanics and Strain Imaging, 3D Echocardiography and echo-guided structural heart procedures will be examined.
