MUSC 365 - Rhyme, Rap & The Mic

From the sidewalk to the club, to the arena. Students study key performances that shaped Hip-hop & R&B and examine how these performances shape perception and culture. The performance art of the MC, DJ, and the Rapper are explored. Students will also develop their own lyrical and performance presentation within a variety of mediums.
