NURS 425 - Professional Baccalaureate Nursing Concepts I: Leadership and Management

This course is designed to provide RN to BSN
students with an understanding of the leadership
role of a baccalaureate-prepared nurse. The
student will select a nursing leader with
instructor approval to follow and work with
on-site for a total of 45 clinical hours. The
student is expected to complete the hours while in
the course.
