MSCI 764 - PAs in Healthcare Policy

This course provides physician assistants with an overview of the PA role in the current U.S. healthcare delivery system. Fundamentals of healthcare policy development and reform will be reviewed. Learners will additionally explore the impact of healthcare policy on the PA scope of practice and investigate the importance of professional advocacy.
