BIOL 208 - Animal Nutrition Students will learn the essential principles of animal nutrition, with special attention given to the diversity of digestive structures and functions among taxa, which allow for adaptations to various niches. Clinical implications will be explored for important domesticated species, with regard to nutrient chemistry, physiology and balance. Production and analysis of animal diets will be addressed.
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: BIOL 190 & BIOL 191
