NTRN 275 - Lifespan Nutrition


A study of the nutritional needs and health issues common to individuals at different periods of the life cycle from conception through late adulthood, including pregnancy and lactation. Nutrition screening parameters to assess nutrition risk for each age group will also be addressed. The course requires 25-50 hours of practicum, observations and/or service learning.

Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: PHES 215  OR NTRN 215
