NTRN 395 - Supervised Practice in Food Service Management I The supervised practice experiences in Food Service (I and II) prepare students for the skills and responsibilities of food service management as they relate to dietetics practice and introduce students to the fundamentals of food service required for competent practice. Food Service I experiences include quantity food purchase and production, and management of a foodservice operation from human and physical resources to customer service.
Credit Hours: 4 Prerequisite: NTRN 332 , Acceptance into the USF CPD program
