PHES 128 - Mind/Body Fitness


This activity course will explore the connection between the mind and body in a selected fitness activity. In addition to participation in the activity, students will be instructed on a variety of health, fitness and disease prevention topics. During 50% or more of the class time, students will be participating in physical activity. May be repeated once for credit with a different type of mind/body connection activity.

 

This course meets the first eight weeks of the semester
