DMS 150 - Sonography Procedures - Abdomen This course will present normal anatomy, related pathologies, sonographic techniques and protocols, assessment, and interpretation of major abdominal organs and superficial structures. Emphasis will be placed on evaluation of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, abdominal vessels, retroperitoneum, spleen, thyroid, scrotum, and breast. Students will learn in the realms of didactic and lab environments.
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: BIOL 221 and BIOL 222
