DMS 162 - Sonography Procedures - Vascular
This course presents normal anatomy and pathologic conditions of the vascular systems. Sonographic techniques related to fluid dynamics and hemodynamics are explored. Exams of the peripheral arterial and venous systems will be studied. Testing methods will be presented in the determination of diagnosis and/or progression of vascular disease. Students will learn in the realms of didactic and lab environments.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: BIOL 221 and BIOL 222
