Electrocardiography Technician Certificate Program
The EKG Technician Certification Program is designed to prepare students with the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and assist in the diagnosis of heart conditions. Students will learn to operate EKG equipment, recognize normal and abnormal heart rhythms, and work effectively in clinical environments. Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the U.S., creating a growing demand for trained EKG technicians. This program offers a short, focused pathway into the healthcare field, supporting hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs in providing timely and accurate cardiac care.
