Minor Requirements
A Music Minor experiences a creative and analytical outlet for their passion for music by offering exploration of the fundamental elements of music, encompassing theory, history, and performance. This minor provides a well-rounded education in musical concepts, fostering an appreciation for various genres and historical periods. Students engage in coursework that covers music theory, ear training, music history, and performances in a variety of ensembles.
Music Core, 13 Credit Hours:
Must complete 8 credit hours in Music Performance and Instruction. With MUSP credits in Music Ensemble or Private Lesson Instruction
