Social Work Minor

Minor Requirements

A Minor in Social Work provides knowledge, values, and skills that are beneficial for all career fields. A Social Work Minor familiarizes students with a foundation of Social Work, practice, including interpersonal communication skills, ethics, human behavior in the social environment, social policy, social justice and advocacy.  Students will have an option for a field experience, allowing them the opportunity for observation in direct practice experience.

• SOCW 250 - Interpersonal Skills
