The echocardiography certificate program aligns with USF’s mission to create high level and competent healthcare workers to the current healthcare staffing shortages and to the local demands of our healthcare systems. The University of Saint Francis is fulfilling the mission of service to our community and cultivating a broaden learning spectrum of sonography. Assessment will align in prospect of gaining accreditation which requires data tracking and analysis. For example, course pass rates, program completion rates, credentialing exam pass rates and employment rates. Since echocardiography is a specialized area of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, assessment guidelines are congruent with each other.
