READ 610 - Literacy for All Learners This course focuses on and builds knowledge of current research, methods, and theories of effective reading instruction. An emphasis is placed on identifying and designing environments, strategies, skills, and materials to match the needs of all learners. Analysis of the effectiveness and impact of instructional practices on student performance is utilized to enhance reading instruction.
